Our physiotherapy team treats injuries, pain, and movement problems using hands-on techniques and exercise-based rehabilitation. Whether you have twisted your knee playing football, woken up with a frozen shoulder, or are recovering from surgery, we get you moving properly again.
Physiotherapy at Harborne Chiropractic is practical and results-driven. We assess how your body moves, identify what is not working, and build a treatment plan around getting you back to full function. That means hands-on treatment in clinic combined with exercises you can do at home to speed your recovery.
We see a lot of sports injuries — runners with knee pain, gym-goers with shoulder problems, weekend footballers with hamstring strains. But we also treat people who have had surgery and need structured rehabilitation, or people with long-standing pain that they have been managing around rather than fixing.
Our physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). They work alongside our chiropractic team, which means if we think a different approach would help you more, we can refer you internally without delay.
You do not need a GP referral to see us. Book online and we will usually see you within the same week. If you have health insurance, we are recognised by most major providers including BUPA, AXA, and Vitality.
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
We discuss your injury, your pain, and what you want to get back to doing. Then we carry out a physical assessment to understand exactly what is going on.
We explain what we have found, what is causing the problem, and lay out a clear treatment plan including how many sessions you are likely to need.
Most patients receive hands-on treatment in their first session. You will also get exercises to do between appointments to keep your recovery on track.

Luize leads our physiotherapy team and brings a thorough, evidence-based approach to every patient she sees. With a Master's degree and full registration with the HCPC and CSP, she treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on getting patients back to full activity as quickly as possible. She has a particular interest in sports injuries, shoulder rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery.
