Getting out of pain is the first step. Staying out of pain and getting back to full strength is the second. That is what our rehabilitation programme does. We build structured, progressive exercise plans that take you from injured to fully functional — whether that means returning to competitive sport, getting back to the gym, or simply being able to carry your shopping without worrying about your back.
Our approach is straightforward. We assess how your body moves, identify where you are weak or restricted, and build a programme that targets those specific areas. Every exercise has a purpose. There is no guesswork, no generic sheet of stretches, and no assumption that what worked for someone else will work for you.
We work with patients recovering from sports injuries, surgery, and chronic pain. We also see people who keep getting the same injury — the runner whose calf goes every spring, the golfer whose back locks up after 9 holes, the office worker whose neck and shoulders seize up every few months. These recurring problems almost always come down to an underlying weakness or movement pattern that nobody has addressed. Our rehab programme does.
Because we sit within a multi-discipline clinic, your rehab programme can work alongside your chiropractic or physiotherapy treatment. Your practitioner coordinates with the rest of your care team so everything works together.

We design a progressive exercise plan tailored to your goals. Every exercise is demonstrated and practiced in clinic so you know exactly how to do it at home or in the gym.
Regular follow-up sessions to test your progress, adjust the programme, and make sure you are on track to hit your goals. We progress the exercises as you get stronger.
